Set Resource Values to Zero

Use the Zero-out Data wizard to set the time-phased resource values of a selected budget or actual class to zero based on the selected criteria.

To set resource values to zero, complete the following steps:

1. In the Tools group on the Tools tab, click Zero-out Data.
2. Use the pages of the Zero-out Data wizard to set the time-phased resource values of a selected budget or actual class to zero.
